In this program, we will address the continuing surge of the #MeToo movement and new developments on tip pooling, minimum wage, non-competition agreements, union organizing and drug testing. We will also discuss the latest news on the FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ADEA and Title VII. With the recent mid-term elections just behind us, we will also advise what trends you may expect next year, particularly as the Nevada Legislature prepares for its next session in February 2019.
