US Congress Proposing FMLA Expansion And Paid Sick Time

The US Congress is working on the Families First Coronavirus Response Act which seeks, in part, to expand the Family and Medical Leave Act and create paid sick leave to address the COVID-19 national emergency. We are tracking this legislation closely. Once a final bill has been passed, we will notify you as to how it impacts employers.
