Updated Worker’s Compensation Posting Available

The Workers’ Compensation Section of Nevada’s Division of Industrial Relations has updated its Mandatory Posting Requirements Form D-1. Every employer covered by Nevada’s worker’s compensation laws is required to display this poster and advise employees of the identify of its worker’s compensation insurer and administrator. 

The new poster is dated February 2024.
