Update On The Apprenticeship Utilization Act

As we discussed last week, Nevada’s Legislature made significant changes to the Apprenticeship Utilization Act (AUA) via Senate Bill 82. These changes become effective January 1, 2024.

Nevada’s Labor Commissioner recently published guidance on Senate Bill 82, specifically a summary of the changes to the AUA and the slides to a power point presentation.
