Update On DOL’s Proposed Overtime Changes

Last month we wrote that the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has once again decided how it will change the salary threshold for the “white collar” overtime exemptions. That proposed rule has now been published in the Federal Register and public comments will be accepted until May 21, 2019. We will continue to update you on this important matter.
