In the coming weeks, KZA will provide three webinars to assist clients navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. We will first address the new paid leave laws enacted under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and answer your questions about COVID-19 leave. Then we will address layoffs and the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN). Thereafter, we will provide a webinar on labor and employment issues to be aware of as the Governor hopefully begins to lift restrictions.
