Topic: Employers’ Nevada Legislative Update
Save the date for KZA’s next management workshop where KZA attorneys Kaitlin Paxton and Jody Florence will review the labor and employment bills passed by Nevada’s 82nd Legislature. We will discuss topics including the new Nevada Employee Savings Trust Program and changes to the domestic violence, wage, misclassification, and public works laws, as well as the new family and medical leave requirements for public employers.
