Please join us for KZA’s next management workshop with a special guest! Nevada’s Labor Commissioner, Brett Harris, will join us to discuss the changes made to the Apprenticeship Utilization Act by Senate Bill 82. 

SB 82 made several significant changes to the Apprenticeship Utilization Act, NRS 338.01165, including removing the per job thresholds for apprentices and the waiver application process. Commissioner Harris will walk us through the changes, explain employer’s new reporting requirements, and answer your questions.
