This program, with Partners Scott Abbott and Todd Creer, will cover the #MeToo movement and new developments on tip pooling, minimum wage, non-competition agreements, union organizing and drug testing. We will also discuss the latest news on the FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ADEA and Title VII and advise what trends you may expect next year.

This workshop will be held on December 5, 2018 at Cili Restaurant at Bali Hai Golf Course from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. It is complimentary for all current KZA clients and available to non-clients for a nominal, prepaid registration fee of $25.00.
