NV Labor Commissioner Updates Employer Poster

The Nevada Labor Commissioner has published an updated “Rules To Be Observed By Employers” poster reflecting the July 1, 2023 change in Nevada’s minimum wage. Nevada employers should replace their current poster with this new poster.
A Spanish version of this posting is not yet available, but we expect that one will eventually be provided on the Labor Commissioner’s website.
