NV Gaming Control Board Updates Health And Safety Policy

In response to Directive 33 issued by the Governor this week, the Nevada Gaming Control Board has reissued its Health and Safety Policies for the Resumption of Gaming Operations: Nonrestricted Licensees. This policy has been updated to address “requirements imposed upon licensees who intend to hold large gatherings and events.”
