NV Gaming Control Board Amends Its Health and Safety Policies

Yesterday, the Nevada Gaming Control Board amended its Health and Safety Policies for the Resumption of Gaming Operations to comply with Directive 35 issued by Governor Sisolak this week. The Board’s Notice summarizes these changes for gaming operations, food and beverage establishments, and other operations within nonrestricted licensees and for restricted licensees such as restaurants and taverns and supermarkets and convenience stores.
