NV Gaming Control Addresses Restaurants Within Gaming Properties

Yesterday, the Nevada Gaming Control Board notified licensees that pursuant to Phase 1 of Governor’s Sisolak’s Nevada United: Roadmap to Recovery plan, restaurants within a licensed gaming property may reopen if they can meet the requirements set forth in the industry-specific guidance for food establishments. Gaming Control has set forth specific requirements for the gaming licensee to meet in relation to such restaurants, addressing issues such as access and restrooms.
