The National Labor Relations Board (Board) has announced that it will not extend its temporary suspension of Board-conducted representation elections past April 3, 2020. As such, the Board will resume elections Monday, April 6. The Board states that its General Counsel “has advised that appropriate measures are [now] available to permit elections to resume in a safe and effective manner.” We do not yet know, however, what those measures will be.
