NLRB To Host Meetings On Procedure Changes For Representation Cases

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has announced that its Regional Offices will be conducting “explanatory sessions, by teleconference, in order to answer questions and discuss the new modifications to the Agency’s representation case procedures.” The new rules, addressed in Volume 18, Issue 23 of the KZA Employer Reports, become effective May 31, 2020.
