NLRB Invites Briefs On Construction Industry Rules

Volume 17, Issue 19
September 24, 2018

On September 11, 2018, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB or Board) invited the filing of briefs on two issues related to the construction industry: (1) whether it should change how it determines if a union’s pre-hire relationship with a construction employer has been converted to a full relationship under the National Labor Relations Act; and (2) whether it should change the statute of limitations for making such a decision.

Interested parties must submit briefs by October 26, 2018. If you have questions about this press release or would like assistance in submitting a brief, please contact a KZA attorney.
