NLRB Extends Deadline For Public Comments On Joint-Employer Standard

In September, we notified you that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB or Board) published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding its joint-employer standard and requested public comments by November 20 regarding its proposed rule. The Board has now announced that it is extending this deadline to December 13, 2018.
