Nevada OSHA Issues Protocols For Essential Businesses

The Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration (NV OSHA) has issued protocols for essential businesses to follow pursuant to the Governor’s Emergency Directive 13. The measures “shall be applied to all employees” of an essential business that remains open. Each protocol is taken from a prior Emergency Directive from Governor Sisolak, a federal OSHA COVID-19 guidance, or existing federal regulations.
