On April 11, 2022, the Nevada Labor Commissioner issued an updated version of the posting entitled Rules To Be Observed By Employers.

This posting is a summary of Nevada’s wage and hour laws which must be posted by Nevada employers pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 608.013. It has been updated to include the changes to Nevada’s wage and hour laws made during the 2021 legislative session.
