Governor Issues Public Gathering Emergency Directive

On March 24, 2020, Governor Sisolak issued Emergency Directive 007 prohibiting the public from gathering in groups of ten or more in any indoor or outdoor area. This directive does not apply to persons living within the same house or working at or patronizing an essential licensed business or providing essential services to the public. The Governor further ordered the public to maintain a minimum six-foot distance between persons in public spaces with the exception of persons residing in the same household.
