Governor Issues Additional Guidance On Essential Versus Non-Essential Businesses

Yesterday, Governor Sisolak issued additional guidance to assist companies in determining whether they are essential or non-essential as well as information about how essential businesses must operate during this national emergency. This guidance also contains specific requirements for specific businesses. We encourage all employers to review it.
