The Nevada Gaming Control Board has updated and reissued its Health and Safety Policies for the Resumption of Gaming Operations for nonrestricted licensees and restricted licensees.

The Board states that “the cleaning and disinfection protocols that have been in place since June 4, 2020 have been amended to reflect updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.” Additionally, the Board advises: “It is not necessary for a nonrestricted licensee to submit an update to its reopening plan required by the Health and Safety Policy for nonrestricted licensees.”
