EEOC Updates COVID-19 Guidance

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has updated and expanded its guidance addressing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic upon federal equal employment opportunity laws. The guidance now addresses “approaches employers may adopt as they plan for employees returning to the workplace” (at Questions G6 and G7), additional reasonable accommodation questions (at Question D13), as well as age discrimination (at Question H1), sex discrimination (at Question I1), pregnancy discrimination (at Questions J1 and J2), and harassment (at Questions E3 and E4).
