Volume: 19 | Issue: 10
March 24, 2020
On Friday, March 27, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is offering a prerecorded online webinar addressing COVID-19 questions arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Title VII, and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA).
The EEOC is asking employers to submit questions in advance. Questions can be submitted by email to [email protected] by 9:00 p.m. (eastern time) on Wednesday, March 25th for consideration in the webinar.
No registration is needed to view the prerecorded webinar. It is not clear exactly what time the webinar will be available, but the EEOC mentions “Friday afternoon” in its press release. We recommend checking the EEOC’s website for more information as Friday approaches.
