EEOC Extends Filing Deadline For EEO-1 Data

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has again extended the deadline for employers to file 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 data to October 25, 2021. The EEOC states, however, that this new deadline is the final deadline. No further changes to the deadline will be made, and all eligible employers must submit data by October 25.
