The EEOC opened its EEO-1 data collection for 2019 and 2020 in April 2021 and established a July 19 deadline. That deadline has now been extended to August 23, 2021.

According to the EEOC’s new data collection website, EEO-4 data collection for state and local government employers will open in October 2021, and EEO-5 data collection for school employers opens July 27, 2021.
