The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has announced that it will reopen its EEO-1, EEO-3 and EEO-5 data collections in 2021. These collections were delayed in May due to the pandemic.

The EEOC will open four data collections in 2021. An outline of the schedule can be found on the EEOC’s new dedicated data collection website at https://EEOCdata.org. Private sector employers should plan to report their 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 Data in April 2021.

We will update you once precise dates are announced. In the meantime, if you need assistance with EEO data reporting or have questions, please contact a KZA attorney.
