EEOC Addresses COVID-19 As A Pandemic

Volume: 19 | Issue: 7
March 19, 2020
The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has addressed COVID-19’s impact on the Americans with Disabilities Act in light of the pandemic declaration. The EEOC explains that employers’ obligations have changed and details steps employers can now take to further protect public health.
We encourage all employers to review the EEOC’s latest guidance and contact a KZA attorney if you have any questions.
