Topics will include: employee misclassification/independent contractor status; procedures for the recovery of wage overpayments, wage deduction authorizations, daily overtime and application of the 24 consecutive hour workday definition; paid leave requirements and exemptions; domestic violence leave obligations; and an update on labor and employment issues addressed by the 2023 Nevada Legislature.
