Deadline To File OSHA Form 300A Data – March 2, 2022

Volume: 21 | Issue: 3
January 13, 2022

Employers required to electronically file Form 300A data with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are required to file their 2021 data by March 2, 2022. Form 300A is a summary of work-related injuries and illnesses. Employers are required to electronically file this data if:

  • they employ 250 or more employees; or
  • they employ between 20-249 employees who are classified in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses as set forth here.

OSHA stresses that many establishments are not required to submit such data, such as those who employ 19 or fewer employees and those on the industry exemption list, regardless of size.
