COVID-19 Update – Governor Formalizes Latest Changes With Emergency Directive 37

Volume: 20 | Issue: 11
February 16, 2021

To formalize and implement the changes to Nevada’s COVID-19 mitigation measures announced last week, Governor Sisolak has issued Emergency Directive 37. The Directive implements each change in capacity restrictions and makes one substantive change to the plan announced February 11 – places of worship may move to 50% capacity (instead of 35%) as of February 15. The Governor’s office has also updated guidances for ceremonies, private gatherings, large venues, and places of worship.

As you review this Emergency Directive, the new Roadmap to Recovery Safe Reopening Plan, and any updated guidances applicable to your organization, please do not hesitate to contact a KZA attorney with questions.
