COVID-19 Pause Update – Emergency Directive 35

Volume: 19 | Issue: 71
November 24, 2020

Emergency Directive 35, which sets forth the additional COVID-19 restrictions recently announced by the Governor, is now available. The Directive defines “gathering” and “social distancing,” and sets forth additional details regarding each of the new restrictions we outlined yesterday.

We encourage all employers to carefully review the new Directive. KZA’s attorneys are available to assist you with these changes.
