COVID-19 Pause Update – Emergency Directive 35

Emergency Directive 35, which sets forth the additional COVID-19 restrictions recently announced by the Governor, is now available. The Directive defines “gathering” and “social distancing,” and sets forth additional details regarding each of the new restrictions we outlined yesterday.
