Congratulations To KZA’s Kaitlin Paxton!

Kamer Zucker Abbott (KZA) is very pleased to announce that associate Kaitlin Paxton has been named a KZA partner! Kaitlin joined our firm in 2014. As a partner, she will continue to represent Nevada’s employers in all facets of labor and employment law.

Kaitlin has considerable experience in traditional labor law, representing employers in collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and union elections. In addition, she has experience in employment litigation, including representing employers in matters filed under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. 

Since 2021, Best Lawyers® has recognized Kaitlin in its Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Labor and Employment Law – Management for Las Vegas. She has been recognized as a Rising Star in the Mountain States Super Lawyers Magazine since 2019. Kaitlin was also included in Nevada Business’ 2022 Up & Coming Attorney list and in its 2020 list of Best Up and Coming Attorneys.
