Congratulations To KZA’s Dare Heisterman!

Kamer Zucker Abbott (KZA) is proud to announce that associate Dare Heisterman has been named a KZA partner!

Dare joined our firm in 2018 after working as the Associate Corporate Counsel for the Arena Football League, where he provided counsel on various labor matters, including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining and claims before the National Labor Relations Board.

As a KZA associate, Dare has gained significant labor law experience, representing several companies facing union organizing campaigns and appearing in election proceedings before the NLRB. Additionally, Dare has developed an employment litigation and advice practice which has included representing employers in class action wage and hour matters. As a partner, Dare will continue to represent Nevada’s employers in all facets of labor and employment law.
