Update On EEO-1 Pay Data

Information from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regarding employers’ EEO-1 requirements, in light of the recent order reinstating the pay data requirement, should be coming soon. The federal court in the case of National Women’s Law Center v. OMB that lifted the stay on the EEOC’s pay data requirement has ordered the EEOC to provide information to employers about how to proceed by April 3, 2019. We will continue to keep you posted on developments.
