EEOC Updates Pandemic Guidance

To address COVID-19, the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has updated its 2009 Guidance on Pandemic Preparedness in the Workplace and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The update “retains the principles from the 2009 document but incorporates new information to respond to current employer questions.”  Additionally, the COVID-19 updates are shown in bold text for the reader’s assistance.
