The Nevada Labor Commissioner has updated its posting regarding the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation’s (DETR) job training and employment programs. Pursuant to a law enacted in 2021, employers are required to display this posting in a conspicuous location where notices to employees and applicants are customarily posted and read.
