Prototype Employee Handbook

Kamer Zucker Abbott has developed a prototype Employee Handbook that includes many of the policies and procedures needed by most private employers, such as policies pertaining to leaves of absence, drug and alcohol testing, attendance, rules of conduct, and at-will employment.  Updated frequently, the prototype can be adapted by KZA clients for their particular workplaces; the fee charged by the Firm includes two hours of attorney work time to modify or amend the prototype for applicability to a particular company or work site.

Prototype Employee Application

KZA’s prototype Employment Application, which is made available to KZA clients, attempts to maximize theamount of relevant information needed to make an informed employee selection without soliciting inappropriate or irrelevant information.  This application can also be adapted to suit a particular company’s needs.
