EEOC and Federal Partners Release Guide on Employing People with Disabilities

Volume 14, Issue 3
March 3, 2015

Last month, at a Summit on Disability and Employment, the White House announced the release of a new guide for employers, Recruiting, Hiring, Retaining, and Promoting People with Disabilities, which compiles key federal and federally-funded resources related to the employment of individuals with disabilities.

A product of a federal inter-agency effort to increase equal employment opportunities for people with disabilities, the new guide provides employers with plain language technical assistance tools in an easy-to-use question-and-answer format. The guide is available by clicking here
