Alert! NERC Publishes Official Notice For Nevada Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act

As we discussed in June, Nevada's new Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act requires employers to immediately post a notice regarding the Act's protections that become effective October 1, 2017. The Nevada Equal Rights Commission ("NERC") has now published on its website an official notice to be used by employers.
